Do you replace the need for a coordinator or planner?

We suggest adding a coordinator to your vendor team for large events such as a wedding. While Curated by Carly specializes in crafting unique visions, wardrobe styling, and creative ideas tailored to your event, we don't handle the logistical execution on your event day or coordinate with other vendors.

Think of us as your personal visionaries, providing you with the blueprints to bring your dream event to life. By partnering with a coordinator, you're ensuring that every detail is flawlessly executed, from securing rentals to managing setup and breakdown on the day of your event.

What sets us apart is our ability to eliminate the need for a traditional event designer. Often, event designers come with a hefty price tag and are present on your wedding day leading to too many cooks in the kitchen. Instead, Curated by Carly empowers you with the visions to share with your coordinator, enabling them to execute the plan seamlessly.

When should I start working with you?

As early as possible! While coordinators, designers and planners usually join the process closer to your event date, we're here to collaborate with you as soon as possible. By beginning early, we ensure ample time to refine your event visions before your coordinator steps in.

Are you there on the day of my event?

Curated by Carly operates as an online-based service, meaning we will not be present on your event day as much as we’d love to be there (one less vendor meal for you!). Once we send over the final Vision Deck, our service is considered completed- however, we encourage you to keep us updated leading up to your wedding. We love seeing your visions come to life!

Do you communicate with my vendors?

We do not! Our approach revolves around collaborating closely with our clients before finalizing all event vendors. This enables you to choose vendors whose visions resonate with your Vision Deck. If you have chosen 'The Best Investment' package, Curated by Carly will provide tailored recommendations of local vendors aligned with our shared vision. However, please note that we do not undertake the responsibility of contacting vendors on your behalf.

How will I be able to communicate our visions with our vendors, coordinator, and/or planner?

Communicating your visions with your vendor team will be seamless. Once you receive your final Vision Deck from Curated by Carly, you can easily share it with all the vendors involved in your event. This ensures that everyone is aligned and working towards the same vision on your event day. From there, it's up to them to execute their respective roles, leveraging their expertise to bring your vision to life.

How involved will I be in the design process?

You're in control of your level of involvement! Regardless of the package you choose, we start by asking all clients to complete a questionnaire. This helps us grasp key details about your event venue, style, timing, budget, and any other pertinent information. From there, we take the reins, presenting you with a curated Vision Deck that encapsulates your story. These decks can then be effortlessly shared with your vendors, minimizing your creative workload.
